2009 RATES:
Base rate: $120 for 1-hour session billed to insurance.
Base rate reflects subsequent medical charting, progress reports, and billing.
Cash Discount:40% off base rate
when paid by cash or check at time of massage, or purchased ahead (e.g. gift certificate):
- 60 minute massage session: $72
- 90 minute massage session: $100 (add $10 for Hot Stone Massage)
- Add Aromatherapy to Massage, includes 2 oz. lotion to take home: $5
- "Aromatherapy for Health" Consultation, a relaxed conversation resulting in a customized action plan, plus personalized blends in your choice of 2 media (e.g. spritzer, balm, oil, lotion, bath salts) : $50.
- Gift Certificates available.
POLICIES:
- Payment is due at the end of each session, unless we are billing
insurance for PIP or L&I (prescription required).
- Appointments canceled without 24-hour notice will be subject to "no show fee" of half the scheduled price.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If you have a contagious condition, or feel a cold coming on, please call to re-schedule as soon as you are aware of it.
